Private tuition can be undertaken individually or in small groups. The advantage is the one-on-one contact you receive can excellerate your skill and competency very quickly; generally much faster then in group situations. Where you wish to take your training is up to you. Lugh Re-Creations can teach you the foundations, skills and laws of reenactment fighting (performance), or can cater your training towards the traditional European martial arts and the way of the dark age soldier and mercenary. There also exists the opportunity to join the performance group attached to Lugh Re-Creations, which is a fully armed and armoured garrison of dark age Viking and eastern European mercenaries. This can tie in with your personal tuition, or can be undertaken seperately. Equipment can be made and purchased during the training period. Please contact us for tuition prices and details, as they can vary. Usually training sessions last between 1 to 1 1/2 hours, and can be undertaken as many times a week as you like; depending on how fast you wish to progress, or times available. |
